Cut calories out of your diet by replacing your soft drinks, coffees, teas, extra cream, fruit juices, smoothies, shakes, beers, spirits, wine etc… with a good old simple alternative…WATER.

Trust me. The easiest way you can cut calories is through looking at your fluid intake. Don’t get sucked into the “DIET SOFT DRINK” crap. Drink water. If you drink more water instead of the other crap…it will help you loss body fat.

On the flip side. If you are training to gain additional muscle mass and you are already scoffing 6 meals a day. Eating every 2-3 hours and you can’t physically stomach anymore food…take on more fluid based nutrition.
