A Workout For You To Try

Here’s something I posted on my Facebook and Twitter pages last week. I thought I’d include a video below for y’all to have a look at!

Give this little circuit a go yourself if you want to get a sweat on whilst working on some key fundamental movements.

I used this with a client last week and they certainly felt like they’d worked hard. But, more importantly the rep ranges allow you to maintain the quality and form even when you are fatigued.
