Even though I’m a coach and I’m meant to love the gym and all that shizzle

 

I have always preferred performing my favoured sport/activity over the other work required to be good at it

 

That’s why I love my own programming to be concise and as simple and least-time-consuming as possible

 

Funnily enough that’s what I do for my clients too

 

Their homework takes up very little of their time

 

And their coached sessions are bang on the barrel for what they want to achieve
