This is why tracking is so important


Even more so if it’s something that means a whole lot to you


Like energy levels


Sleep quality


Body fat percentage






…and the list goes on


But there has to be a deep-underlying WHY as to why this means so much to you


And it’s once you’re honest with yourself and those who are helping you


Then you’ll start really getting the results you’ve wanted


This is how I go about my own goal-setting as well as my “I’m an Athlete” members
